It's Easy This Week! Just Be Yourself!

Have you been thinking about maybe making a dietary change? The week starts off with a focus on the body... are you listening to it? Are you in tune with what it really wants? Are you supporting the body with nutrition that feels right? Have you been wondering about making a dietary change?

If you've been thinking about diet and making a change, there's no time like the present. But, please do it from a place of love and understanding for your beautiful body and all it does for you. So often, we override our instincts and force and push ourselves into diets or other things are supposed to be good for us, but in the end, just feel like torture. So, ease into this... approach it with love and kindness and really listen to what your body wants. It will let you know.

Following that beautiful message and supportive energy, we move into midweek, which is all about healing. Whatever the situation is that comes to mind, please know that both you and the situation are being surrounded by healing energy now as you read these words (and if you receive The Colors of the Week, know that this healing is amplified as you color this week's specially chosen coloring page) .

What a lovely week, so far... it's all about healing and improving our lives...the weekend is the time to express your individuality or another words, JUST BE YOU! Have a beautiful week... it's a fun one...  we are supported in becoming healthier through our diet choices and how we approach our own beautiful bodies, midweek we are surrounded and blessed by a benevolent healing enery and you may find some of your prayers and dreams coming true and then moving in the weekend, you are encouraged to just be you! Don't you love that?!
