June 2020 hello, beautiful
Welcome to the month of June 2020 and I hope you’re doing okay as you can be doing right now as we move into this year… I do want to take a second to remind you that the theme for the year is:

Before we get into this month, I wanted to bring you up to speed on a few exciting changes!
Today I’m doing something that I help others do, which is to step into my authenticity as a Reiki Master, Energy Healer, Intuitive Coach, and Psychic Guide, Podcast Producer, and Artist … this set of words describes me much better than the coloring book coach ever could and although I loved The Coloring Book Coach in 2017 when she was invented, it’s time to let her take a rest…. you’ll still hear me mention The Coloring Book Coach, but I’m much more interested in interfacing with and helping you as a Reiki Master, Energy Healer, Intuitive Coach, and Psychic Guide (and if you need help with podcasting or art, I might be able to help you with that, too). Okay, now on to the month of June 2020 in what has been an incredibly interesting year so far, right?
THE THEME FOR JUNE: Hello, Beautiful!
Oh my god, I’m loving June… you know why?
The theme for this month is Hello Beautiful.
What did you think when I just said that… did you think I was talking to you, the future, the surroundings, what? Whatever it was, it doesn’t matter… there are no incorrect answers to this one, but you might want to notice what did come to your mind when I said that… just to help you understand yourself a little bit more.
But let’s just approach the whole month of June with the attitude of Hello, Beautiful, okay?
What does that look like?
You stop to smell the roses, literally, on a walk…. Hello, Beautiful You burn dinner… Hello, Beautiful! You see yourself with your crazy hair…. Hello, Beautiful! You stub your toe and swear out loud... Hello, Beautiful!
Okay, so what does that mean… it really means that you approach everything that’s happening as something beautiful because even those these examples seem like separate events, they’re actually not, they’re part of the stream of the thing we call life, and ultimately, life itself is beautiful.
THE TOOL FOR THE MONTH
Your TOOL for the month is to really start seeing it that way by just reminding yourself to react with “hello, beautiful!” to whatever comes your way and see if that changes anything for you (and if it does, I want to hear about it, come over to the Facebook group or DM on Instagram and share your thoughts!
WEEK ONE: Monday, June 1- Sunday, June 7
THE THEME: If it’s happening you can handle it, otherwise it wouldn’t be happening and that quote comes from me.
We have come back to an affirmation that we’ve already had, so this is important. Things don't repeat themselves for no reason, things that repeat themselves want us to pay attention to them. So, this week, we’re back to that If it’s happening you can handle it, otherwise it wouldn’t be happening and that little gem comes from me.
The last time this one showed up was just a few months ago… in March, actually, which is when things were really getting started with the pandemic and it is no less true now than it was then. No matter what is happening for you now, please know that you can indeed handle it. Do you have a choice? Not really, right? Life shows up in however it shows up and we meet it in whatever way we meet it.
Have you ever thought about the fact that if it’s happening you can handle it, otherwise it wouldn’t be happening? I mean if something is happening, it’s happening… you’re Your only true choice is how you handle or react to it and we already know that this month’s overall theme is Hello Beautiful! So, at least for this month, that is the way to react to anything, and please try to understand on a deep level that if it’s happening you can handle it, otherwise it wouldn’t be happening.
The big takeaway this time from this statement is that it is happening, you can deal with it and no matter what or how that happens, this is a time to go easy on yourself, be gentle with yourself, patient with yourself, kind to yourself. We are in trying times. I know you are doing your best, don’t let the voice in your head beat you up or tell you you’re not doing it right or enough or anything else… be gentle, kind, patient, easy on yourself. Take your time. Treat yourself with love. Believe in yourself, in your resilience, your capability, your abilities, and your strengths.
Sit down and write yourself a letter about how well you are managing and all the GOOD things that have been happening in your life, really dig deep and show yourself what’s true about your life.
WEEK TWO: Monday, June 8 - Sunday, June, 14
THE THEME: I’m not strange, weird, off, nor crazy, my reality is just different than yours. - Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland
Okay, who else loves the theme this week?! And, who is with me in feeling this way? Isn’t it time to just let your freak flag fly whatever that might be? I think so!
So, I’m not going to get into a big thing about this…. except to say that this week is about you doing you. You being you. You embracing wonderful you. It’s time. Yes, it is.
This week’s tool might be a little scary for some of you but I want you to think about something that is you that you’re maybe not comfortable with sharing with other people because of what they might think and then I want you to pick one person to share that with and see how it goes. I know that sounds scary, but trust me, vulnerability is a superpower and we need our superpowers now more than ever. And, vulnerability builds connection and sharing builds confidence. So go for it.

WEEK 3: Monday, June 15th through Sunday, June 21st
THE THEME: The greatest step you can take in life is the first one. - Jeanne Lebsack
Last week I asked you to do something a little scary, and this week is the same… what are you wishing for, waiting for, wondering about that you could take some action on but for whatever reason you have not done it yet?
If you’re feeling a little queasy hearing this or reading this, then we know we have a winner… that is the thing you need to take action on as soon as you can! No matter how scared you are, no matter what your mind says about it, no matter what other people might think… now, more than ever is the time to take a step towards your goal, your dream, your desire! If not now, when???? Time is passing quickly, the earth is changing rapidly and people are literally leaving the planet faster than ever before in our lifetimes… so please, life is short and I want you to succeed and be happy.
First of all to be brave and believe in yourself and what you want, the second step is to take a step towards that (this could be just admitting to yourself that you want it and it’s okay) and then if you can take another step, that’s awesome! Go you! Be brave… you owe to yourself and your dreams!!!
WEEK FOUR: Monday, June 22 until the end of the month
THE THEME: Some of the things you believe were never true. They were someone else's fears. Give yourself a chance to examine your thoughts. Change those that are negative. You are deserving. - Louise Hay
Okay, week four actually takes us until the end of the month and the theme is a fun one, if you don’t know Louise Hay, I recommend you look her up, she’s no longer on the planet but she was a remarkable woman who is very inspiring, insightful, and helpful. I love her a lot.
There’s not really too much more to say about this week… the advice is spot on and the advice is also your TOOL for this week… start to examine what you’ve believed, question the validity of those negative thoughts that show up, and work on changing them through whatever method you can… color, journal, exercise, whatever feels right and if you’re still hung up, consider doing a session of The Work of Byron Katie with me… I’ll ask you four simple questions and help you quickly turn around whatever stressful thoughts are weighing you down.
