It Is As It Is

This week, these colors and this art is all about acceptance.


Acceptance of what is. And that means everything that is going on….big and small. It’s truly only our resistance that makes anything a problem and resistance is born from belief systems and belief systems can be changed.


This is all a big concept, but also true. It is as it is, if it could be any different it would be and if we had any more power to change anything, we would have changed it by now, right?


So, what’s the upside? What’s the good news?


You can trust. Nothing is in your control, really, and if you can get that on a deep level, it might just really change your life.


You can trust. You can trust life. You can trust what’s happening is what is supposed to be happening because it is and how could it be any other way?


The other good news is that you have the chance to align with what is or resist what is… which is what we do ALL. THE. TIME.


So this is your week to flip the script, go with the flow, and notice that it is as it is.


Trust life this week. You’ve got this. Be kind to yourself.
