This is one of the coolest ways I've come across for combining art and magic! How does it work? You literally write an intention... something like: My health is improving every day. Then you take that phrase (intention) - work a little 'magic' on it (I teach you that part in the class) and turn it into a really cool piece of art! (which is called a Sigil) This process actually helps you let go of things (and stress) that you don't need to be carrying around! And, the good news is you do this on anything... health, relationships, money, you name it! If it's stressing you out, you can use this process to let it go! and also set intention for future change!! It's a very creative and cool process and I hope to see you there!
