I have a treat for you this week as I’m introducing you to a fantastic podcast that I highly recommend called Slimming Stories from around the World.
This excellent podcast comes to us from my friend and fellow podcaster, the delightful Claire Oldham West.
Claire’s podcast features transformational and inspirational stories of weight loss, and even if weight loss is not something you’re working on, I guarantee you that you’ll be delighted and inspired by Claire and her beautiful and vulnerable guests.
Speaking of her guests, I think you’ll recognize this week’s guest! It’s me! Lol
I was lucky enough to have Claire invite me to join her a couple of weeks ago to talk about what I do and why mindfulness and intuition are so important as you go forward with any sort of transformation, and we had a great conversation.
