Just a quick reminder about the benefits of letting go! It's the best thing you can do for yourself!

This is the audio version for a card reading I did for the year ahead on my IGTV channel which was so encouraging, empowering, and powerful that I decided it needed to be shared here, too! I recorded this outside in my woods, so you'll hear birds, winds, traffic, and some other noise during the message.

It’s all about being you today. Being yourself and accepting yourself as you are is the most empowering thing in the world. Also, be sure to listen all the way through when I share a very embarrassing story!
